On June 24–25, 2025, Fintex Summit 2025: Finance and Technologies Expo was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together financial and technology sector leaders to discuss innovation, security, and the future development of banking ecosystems in the region.

One of the key outcomes of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a Credit Bureau Platform of Turkic States. The Memorandum was signed by representatives of the First Credit Bureau, Kazakhstan; Azerbaijan Credit Bureau; Turkish Credit Bureau (KKB); Credit Analysis Center of Uzbekistan; and Credit Bureau Ishenim, Kyrgyzstan.

The new platform will operate within the framework of ACIPE, supporting knowledge and experience sharing, joint innovation initiatives, professional seminars and training programs, cross-border market collaboration, and the exploration of new areas of cooperation.
