ACIPE Members News

On June 23, 2025, the ACIPE I International Credit Reporting Conference was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together nearly all members of the Association and marking an important milestone in the development of the credit reporting industry.

The event was supported by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan. Opening remarks were delivered by Togrul Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Zakir Nuriyev, Chairman of the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan; Ruslan Omarov, CEO of the First Credit Bureau, Kazakhstan; and Elchin Habibov, CEO of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau.

The Conference featured panel sessions on key industry topics, including Data Governance, the role of data in the digital economy, the use of generative AI, and new initiatives introduced by the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau. Participants also discussed value-added services and digital solutions such as eKYC, AML, electronic signatures, FinScore, and FinVision.

The event concluded with the ACIPE General Meeting, where key outcomes were summarized and strategic priorities for the Association’s further development were outlined.
